Two ways to narrow the list
Oven Fit Check: enter your table or patio size, the pizza you want and your fuel, and see which ovens meet all three on maker-stated figures.
Oven Lab: open a generic 16-inch gas oven in 3D, light it, bake a pizza and take it apart layer by layer.
Or compare any two ovens side by side.
