Start with the correct body dimensions
Use assembled dimensions for the exact US model and configuration. A boxed measurement, a stand-inclusive height or a different generation can answer a different question. If axes are unclear, leave the fit result unresolved until a drawing or manufacturer clarification establishes them.
Read clearances as separate requirements
Gozney’s Arc support article, for example, separately describes air intake around the dock, distances from combustible construction and restrictions on combustible structures above or below. That is why the body rectangle alone cannot establish a suitable location.
Do not transfer a distance from Arc to Arc XL, Arc Lite or another brand without exact-model evidence. An apparently similar shell is not a manufacturer instruction. This guide does not provide installation distances to follow for an unidentified oven.
Leave unresolved questions visible
A purchasing plan needs more than width and depth. It may also need the supporting arrangement, access, overhead restrictions and the place for any fuel supply. The intended location can have rules of its own. We do not reduce those questions to a single green badge.
What a smaller body changes
A smaller body can help narrow the shortlist for storage or an available rectangle. It does not establish lower required clearances or make a covered patio, balcony or indoor space appropriate. Electric heating also does not remove the need to follow the specific outdoor model’s requirements.
Use the tool as an early buying check
The Oven Fit Check compares the maker-stated body width and depth with the rectangle you enter. If a field is missing, the result says not stated. If a known dimension exceeds the rectangle, it rules the body out without making a safety judgment.
Before you choose
Obtain the exact current manual and discuss unresolved gas or electrical installation requirements with a licensed professional. Ask the maker to clarify conflicting dimensions or fuel configuration.
